Graduated from George Brown College, Toronto, Ontario Canada in Pastry Arts. I have lived all over North America. As far West as Calgary, far East as the Maritimes, Mid-West Chicago, South in New Orleans, as well as many other cities. This allowed me to learn, experience, and develop my understanding of great food.
